They are randomly rotated on the "Featured"

other

Standard listings as seen
in the image below. It will also allow you to upload 12

How To Make Your Listing a "Featured and Bold"
Listing:
1. Near the end of the "Sign Up" process, you will be given
the option to "Feature and Bold" your listing.
2. If you want to "Feature and Bold" an existing listing,
login to your
account and click the "Upgrade" link.
