What is the Landlords account section?
The Landlords account section is your admin section for your rental listing(s). You have complete access and control of your rental listing(s) 24 hours a day. You can update any information in your rental listing(s) including photos. Any changes made through your account are updated immediately in your rental listing(s).
 
How do I update my Membership Information?
You may easily update your membership information through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Update Profile link.
  • You will be able to update the following information from this page.
           -Name and Address
           -Phone Numbers
           -Your Time Zone
           -Membership Information (Username, Email Address, and Password)
 
How do I make changes to my rental listing(s)?
You may update or edit your entire rental listing through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the View/Edit Listing(s) link.
  • You will see all active and inactive listings under your account. Click the listing number of the listing you would like to edit.
  • You will be able to update the following information from this page.
            -Contact Information
            -Property Address
            -Ad Information
            -Unit Information
            -Unit Features
            -Property Features
            -Lease Information
 
What do I do if I forget my username or password?
We are here to help! You can easily attain your username or password online.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Click the forgot your username or forgot your password link.
  • Enter your email address you used to register on Rentalads.com and click the Submit button.

We will send your login information to your registered email address for your account.

Click here to request your username or password now.

 
How do I add photos to my rental listing(s)?
There are several ways to get your photos added to your rental listing(s). Our user friendly photo system makes adding your photos simple! And if you have any problems, simply email us your photos and we will happily upload them to your listing for you. Totally free! We have included instructions below.
  1. Add Your Photos Online (Recommended Method). You can easily add up to 12 photos online through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • You will see all active and inactive listings under your account. Click the listing number of the listing(s) you would like to add your photos.
  • Click the Manage Photos link.
  • Our user friendly photo system will walk you through adding your photos. As soon as you complete the upload process your photos are immediately added to your listing! Additionally, through your account you may add captions to each photo to provide prospective tenants with additional details.
  1. E-mail them. Simply attach your photos and e-mail them to us at photos@rentalads.com. Please include your last name and rental listing number(s) to ensure they are added to the correct rental listing(s). We typically add your photos in 1-2 Business days.
 
How do I order Yard Signs?
Complete your marketing efforts with Rentalads.com “For Rent” yard signs. Our professional, two-color yard signs make your property stand out and directs prospective tenants to your rental listing on Rentalads.com. You can easily order yard signs online through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Order “For Rent” Signs link.
  • Complete the online order process.
 
How do I feature or bold my listing(s)?
Enhance your rental listing(s) with our featured or bold premium services. You can easily add these services through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Feature Listing(s) or Bold Listing(s) link.
  • Select the appropriate listing and click the service you would like to add. Click Submit.
  • Complete the online order process.
 
How do I add my company name, website address, and logo to my rental listing(s)?
You can easily add your Company Profile to your rental listing(s) through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Company Profile link.
  • Add your company name, website address, and logo.

Your Company Profile is immediately updated on all your rental listing(s).

 
How do I view how many page views and inquiries my rental listing(s) have received?
We provide detailed stats to monitor your rental listing(s) response. You can review real time stats including how many times your ad has been viewed and how many emails have been generated from prospective tenants. You can view your stats online through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Listing Stats Overview link.
  • Review your listing(s) stats.
 
How do I view inquiries I have received from prospective tenants?
We save all email inquiries in our database in case of accidental deletion or if you don’t have access to your email. You can view your inquiries online through your Landlords account.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Listing Stats Overview link.
  • Review inquiries your rental listing(s) have received.
 
How do I disable my rental listing(s)?
If your property is rented or if you no longer wish to have it advertised on Rentalads.com you can disable it through your Landlords account. All rental information and photos are stored in our Rentalads.com database for easy future reactivation.
  • Click the Landlords login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • You will see all active and inactive listings under your account. Click the listing number of the listing(s) you would like to disable.
  • Click the Disable Listing link.
