RentalAds.com has a few rental listing guidelines to ensure the integrity of the RentalAds.com community. These rental listing guidelines are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
  1. We require you to complete our Membership Information. Your information is safe with us!
    RentalAds.com is firmly committed to protecting your privacy and does not sell or distribute any
    of your information to any third party. We use this information for billing purposes only and to
    assist you with any customer service related issues.
     
  2. Each rental listing is to represent only one rental property. Properties containing
    multiple units within the same complex/building are required to select the appropriate
    property type designed to advertise this format. Rental listings advertising multiple different
    properties are not allowed.
     
  3. No duplicate rental listings.
     
  4. Your rental listing must reflect accurate information about the rental property being advertised.
 
Can I advertise multiple rental properties in one rental listing?
RentalAds.com goal is to rent your rental property. Our website is designed to allow each rental listing to accurately describe one rental property or multiple units within the same complex/building. Rental listings that advertise multiple different rental properties confuse prospective tenants and diminish the overall value of the RentalAds.com website.
