Rentalads.com offers several convenient listing plans for your advertising
needs. Whether you are a landlord with a single property or a property
management company with hundreds of rental properties to promote, we

| What if I decide to cancel my rental listing? |
|
We do not require any long term contracts with any of our listing plans
and charge no cancellation fees to discontinue service. All listing
plans are governed according to our RentalAds.com Terms of Use and all
users must agree and accept these terms before using our services. You must login to your Landlords account and
select to renew your listing(s). If you create an Unlimited Listing Plan account, you will be emailed reminders when your account is approaching its expiration. You can either renew the expiration or do nothing and the account will be removed after it expires. |
| Do you offer any discount for advertising multiple rental properties? |

Yes. We currently offer an Unlimited Listings Plan that allows you to
advertise an unlimited number of rental properties for as little as
$49/month. This is a very generous discount compared to our single

| What forms of payment does Rentalads.com accept? |
| Rentalads.com happily accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your payment convenience. |
| Are there any additional fees or commissions charged if I rent my property through Rentalads.com? |
| No. All of our listing plans include the entire setup of your rental listing(s) and we charge no commissions or fees if you rent your property through Rentalads.com. |
| Do you offer a listing guarantee? |

Rentalads.com delivers results. We guarantee it! If you feel the response from your property listing on RentalAds.com did not meet your expectations during the first 60 days, RentalAds.com will extend your listing duration for an equal amount of time without a charge.* Click here for terms and conditions. |
| What is your refund policy? |
| Because of the nature of our business most of the work on our site occurs during the listing process. For this reason and the fact that we do not charge a setup fee, we do not offer refunds. You are under no obligation to renew your rental listing when it expires. |
