rental property in your local MLS (Multiple Listing
Service) and in the "Rental" section of
Realtor.com for a period of 6 months or until your property is
rented, whichever occurs first. This allows brokers and
potential tenants in your area
to find your rental property by searching the MLS or
Realtor.com. If we
can not offer this service in your location, your payment
will be refunded in full within 48 hours. The MLS Listing
option is only available for properties located within the
United States.
Your RentalAds.com listing will also receive a
Featured
and Bold upgrade at no additional charge. We
normally charge $19 for this upgrade. These listings receive the greatest amount of exposure possible on
RentalAds.com.
They are randomly rotated on the "Featured"
section of the homepage. They are also
permanently displayed on the "Featured Rental Properties"
page. These listings will also be seen first by potential tenants in
all
search results on RentalAds.com. They are displayed above all
other
Featured,
Bold, and
Standard listings as seen
in the image below. It will also allow you to upload 12
photos of your property.

How To Put Your Listing in Your Local MLS and on
Realtor.com:
1. Near the end of the "Sign Up" process, you will be given
the option to purchase the "Local MLS Listing"
option.
2. If you want to place an existing listing in your local
MLS,
login to your
account and click the "Upgrade" link.
