The Tenants account section is the admin section for tenants using Rentalads.com. We have designed many features and benefits for tenants using our website to make finding the perfect rental as easy as possible.

Some features and benefits include:

My Rentals
Save your favorite rental listings while browsing. My Rentals is a tenant’s saved rental listings. If you are interested in a rental listing while browsing simply click on the My Rentals icon. This will save the listing to your My Rentals folder. You may easily retrieve your saved rentals in the future by logging into your Tenants account and checking your My Rentals.

Lease Specials
View lease specials offered by landlords or property management companies for available rental properties. Lease specials often include move in specials, discounted rent, or even free months of rent!

Rental Alerts
Be the first to know of any new properties! Select to be emailed every time a new rental listing is added that meets your search criteria (location, price range, etc..)

What does it cost to become a registered tenant on Rentalads.com?
$0, Nothing, Free! Becoming a registered tenant is completely free and provides many valuable features and benefits including My Rentals, Lease Specials, Rental Alerts and many more.
 
How do I update my membership information?
You may easily update your Membership Information through your Tenants account.
  • Click the Tenants login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Update Profile link.
  • You will be able to update the following information from this page.
           -Email Address
           -Password
           -Email Preferences
 
How do I update my Email Preferences?
You may easily update your Email Preferences through your Tenants account.
  • Click the Tenants login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Email Preferences link.
  • You will be able to update all of your Email Preferences.
 
What are My Rentals?
My Rentals is a feature for registered tenants that allows them to save their favorite rental listings while browsing.
 
How do I save rental listings to My Rentals?
If you are interested in a rental listing while browsing simply click the Add to My Rentals icon. This will save the listing to your My Rentals folder. You may easily retrieve your My Rentals listings in the future through your Tenants account.
 
What are Rental Alerts?
Rental Alerts is a feature for registered tenants that allows them to be emailed every time a new rental listing is added that meets their search criteria (location, price range, etc…)
 
How do I add a Rental Alert?
Add Rental Alerts to be kept up to date when new properties become available. You can easily add Rental Alerts through your Tenants account.
  • Click the Tenants login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Enter your username and password and click the Sign In button.
  • In the left hand navigation column click the Rental Alerts link.
  • Click the Add New Alert link
  • Complete the Rental Alert form and click the Submit button.

You will be emailed each time a property is added that matches your criteria.

 
What do I do if I forget my username or password?
We are here to help! You can easily attain your username or password online.
  • Click the Tenants login tab on the top of our homepage.
  • Click the forgot your username or forgot your password link.
  • Enter your email address you used to register on Rentalads.com and click the Submit button.

We will send your login information to your registered email address for your account.
