Deposit: Fifty percent is required at the time reservation is made. Coronado Tree House accepts checking withdrawals and major credit cards via Paypal. If staying one month or less, the entire balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For longer stays, the month's payment is due at the beginning of each additional month.
Cancellations: If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 service charge. Within the 30-day period, the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if we are able to re-rent the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation.
