Update Frequency
All XML feeds are updated nightly to ensure your properties are as fresh as possible.

Cost
There is no set-up cost for advertisers agreeing to at least a 6 month term.  You decide whether you want to pay on a cost-per-click or pay-per-lead model. The cost-per-click model has a minimum of $.05 per valid click to your property's full-page ad. The pay-per-lead model has a minimum of $5 per email lead.

You decide the cost-per-click or cost-per-lead that you want to pay. We display the properties in our search results based on highest paying properties first, followed by the next highest paying properties, etc. Therefore, you control how high in our search results your rental properties will display and thus the level of traffic to your rental properties.

Monthly Statistics
At the end of each month, we will send a spreadsheet detailing your charges along with detailed information about each click or lead.

For those advertisers who select the cost-per-click model, the monthly invoice will detail every click being charged for; including IP Address, Web Browser, Operating System, the ID# of your property as used on your website, the ID# of your property as used on RentalAds.com, the time and date that the click occurred on, as well as the city and state of the property.

For those advertisers who select the cost-per-lead model, the monthly invoice will detail every lead being charged for; including IP Address, Tenant's Name, Tenant's Email Address, Tenant's Phone # (if supplied), Tenant's Message, the ID# of your property as used on your website, the ID# of your property as used on RentalAds.com, the date that the email lead occurred on, as well as the city and state of the property.

No Bots or Spiders
For those advertisers selecting the cost-per-click model, we guarantee you will only be charged when a visitor clicks to view one of your properties.  All clicks from bots and spiders are removed and thus there is no charge for these clicks.  You will be able to view the IP address, browser and operating system of the person that clicked on each listing.  This not only helps you decide which of your listings are receiving the most exposure, but also provides peace-of-mind that you are not being charged for invalid clicks.
