Bankside Village Apartments is a run down, old, shabby looking apartment complex with poor landscaping and dirty sidewalks. It is in extremely poor condition with paint chipping on most of the railings throughout the property as well cracks in the cement. The front of the property where the Leasing Office is located is about the only part of the complex where you will find green grass and fresh flowers. The smallest one bedroom apartment is very basic and one unit we inspected smelled like mildew. The bathroom is very small and everything is white. There is a pantry in the kitchen and the bedroom does have a walk in closet. Some of the larger floor plans have washer and dryer hookups on the patios/balconies. Some of the patio/balcony doors have left over spray paint around them from the paint that was used on the doors. There is a swimming pool which is very small and 3 onsite laundry facilities.
