The Falls of Edgebrook (formerly Commons of Edgebrook) is currently undergoing a minor renovation. The property is a very large, family style community taking up 4 city blocks and has its own private drive. Unfortunately, the grounds are messy with trash and broken toys strolled about, and old building materials laying around. The majority of the property is gated and has sidewalk gates, although some were broken as of our inspection. The exteriors were also worn looking from: graffiti walls, broken window blinds, rusted metal, warping front doors and very unappealing paint color that is fading. The stairwells were stained with dirt, old gum and filth build up. The interiors were in poor condition and unappealing from a cosmetic standpoint. The kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was broken and there was unpainted wood, broken fixtures, mismatched aged appliances and the carpet appeared dirty. They do offer wood laminate floors in some units as well as ceramic tile. The larger floor plans have washer/dryer connections.
