Concord at Allendale is a nice, three story complex but pretty plain in terms of amenities and its exterior. The community is gated, clean and has a streamlined minimalist feel with neutral cream/beige exteriors. It has just enough landscaping and the grounds are well kept. It has no amenities. What it lacks in property amenities, it makes up for in interior space and charm. The one and two bedroom floor plans are very large. There are a ton of windows which adds amazing natural light. The units have laminate wood and carpet combo flooring. The kitchen is very large with plenty of cabinets and storage. The appliances are all white and nice and the fixtures are average. The downsides to the units are the kitchen cabinets are cheap and feel very out of place and style with the rest of the home. Also there are no patios offered.
