It has a 2 car attached covered garage I am looking for a tenant starting in May 1, 2024 thru April 30, 2024. The Amenties Center is spectacular. A large fitness center, hot tub, lagoon pool, resistance pool, tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts, large TV's, bocce courts, horseshoe pits, corn hole, billiard room, craft room ballroom and many planned activities. It is much nicer than the resorts I have been to over the years. This unit needs to be seen to be believed.. It is approximately 30-40 minutes to the ocean beaches. The Activities Center is spectacular. A large fitness center, hot tub, lagoon pool, resistance pool, tennis courts, large TV's, bocce courts, horseshoe pits, putting green, billiard room, craft room ballroom and planned activities. It is much nicer than the resorts I have been to over the years. This unit needs to be seen to be believed.
