The Alpaca Playhouse is a community house and retreat center that hosts events on a regular basis such as ecstatic dance and workshops upstairs. The house is alcohol-free and all meat cooking must be done outside due to the ventilation system. This would be great for someone who wants to host their own events, or just live in a resort-like setting. Other availability at the house makes it suitable for 2 or 3 friends who want to move in together. Hot Tub and Sauna are scheduled to be assembled in the next few weeks, and will add to the cold plunges. The alpacas are lovely animals and add huge amounts of character. The house has great outdoor and indoor space, and is fully equipped with a full house sound and lots of other amenities. The location is only 15 minutes east of the airport and COTA, and 25 minutes from South Congress and Austin nightlife. You can also enjoy all of the amenities, including walking trails and more outdoor activities. Plus, as an added feature, you'll get to meet our friendly Alpacas, who live in the backyard pasture and enjoy misted outdoor seating. Our location has received a 5-star rating from 100% of recent guests, and we're sure you'll love it too. Lease terms are month-to-month, available March 27th.
