Location, Location, Location! We are located in the heart of the Marina District. Around the corner from the apartment are coffee shops, restaurants, bars and retail shops. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each has a queen size bed with plenty of closet space and storage. We have a Smart TV (no cable) so you can log in with your own accounts to watch your favorite shows. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. There is everything you need for a full meal if you choose to cook at the apartment. The fireplace is not to be used as it is not functional. There is central heat in the apartment, no A/C. The windows open in the apartment if you want fresh air. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a sink in one room and the toilet is separate in another room. There are no outlets in the bathroom, we have large mirrors in each bedroom so if you need to use a blow dryer or anything else that plugs in, that can be done in the bedrooms. Guest accessGuests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to notePlease note this is a quiet residential area, and we want to be respectful to our neighbors. There are no parties or large gatherings allowed. The fireplace is not functional, please do not use it. There is no Air Conditioning. There is a $400 cleaning fee
